Your Bio
My name is Tom Kolenich and for those new to my smugmug site, here is a little about me. I am married to Joan and have four children. My love of Photography dates back to when I was given a Kodak Brownie at age 10 or so.
Since I used to take pictures everywhere I went, some work colleagues suggested I start doing affordable weddings. One co-worker in New York told me that her sister paid $7000 for wedding photos, but that she could not afford anywhere near that amount. I bought my first digital single lens reflex, the Olympus E-10 in 2001 and started my business in 2002. The demand for affordable weddng photography is huge.
My goal is to provide great photographic coverage for a reasonable price. I do not scrimp on the quality of my equipment or time I spend with my clients. Remember I love to take pictures and the wedding day is one of the happiest days in a couple's lives. My clients are inviting me to be a part of that happy day.
